Good To See You!!

What led me to start dreaming about offering GRIEF PROGRAMS?

Well, I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in various therapy settings. One issue that is always present, in some form, is grief. Grief shows up in different forms and impacts each individual differently.

I believe that Grief is not to be fixed or solved it is to be supported and listened to.

After my own losses and learning how to manage my own grief, I started dreaming of offering a holistic approach to grief coaching, education, and support. Programs that empower to help navigate loss with resilience and hope.

Grief is deeply personal and individual.  I am here to offer guidance in navigating the uncertainty and managing what feels unmanageable.

My programs include education, access to a  community or shared experiences and practical ways to help navigate your grief journey.

Stay up to Date!

Below you will find a very personal program. I created a program that my husband and I wished we had at the beginning of our journey.  My father in law was diagnosed with Alzheimers and we quickly realized that emotional resources were lacking.  So we built this program based on my professional experience in grief counseling and our shared experience.

I would love to hear from you as I get this program ready to go!

If you want to stay up to date, fill in your name and email and I will get more information to you!

PROGRAM COMING SOON!

From Uncertainty to Acceptance: Navigating the emotional path of a parent's Alzheimer's diagnosis

This program helps adult children navigate the emotional path of their parent's diagnosis in order to build resilience and reach acceptance. This program focuses on shared experiences and education so participants can find understanding, comfort, and hope amidst the difficult journey of a parent’s Alzheimer's diagnosis.

The emotional impact of Alzheimer's on a parent can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate. It is common for individuals to experience a range of emotions such as denial, anger, sadness, and fear when faced with a loved one's diagnosis. Understanding and acknowledging these emotions is the first step towards finding acceptance and coping with the challenges ahead.
